As I mentioned, I’ve performed at all sorts of children’s parties and family events in the Newcastle Under Lyme area. Here are just some of the events that stand out to me.
Bradwell Lodge Community Centre Parties
I've performed at Bradwell Lodge Community Centre five times now, and it's one of my recommended venues in the area for children's parties and magic shows. It has plenty of space (and good parking too, which is always a bonus). It's perfect for one of my larger magic shows for a group of 25-40 children. Find out more about my magic shows here.
Newcastle Under Lyme House Party
One of the more common questions I get asked, and the reason I included it in my FAQs page is 'Can you perform your show at my house?' And the answer is, Yes, of course. House shows are one of the best parts of performing magic. It doesn't always have to be at a hired venue. In fact, if you and your family feel more comfortable at home, then it makes sense to have the party there. One memorable show that I performed was at a house party in Newcastle Under Lyme. It was loads of fun with incredible jaw dropping magic, and my unique style of sharp improvised comedy.
High School Magic Workshops
As well as magic shows, one of the other services I offer is school magic show, and school magic workshops. In fact for several years, I was hired by a High School in Newcastle Under Lyme to provide a show at the start of the year, followed by a series of magic workshops over a whole term. I know that I must have done a great job, as I was rebooked for three years, and I even received this excellent feedback after that first show.

Corporate Family Day Magic Show
When people think of magic and children's entertainment, they often think of children's birthday parties, or family events such as Christenings, and First Birthdays. Most people's minds don't immediately go towards corporate events. However, I'm often booked for these sorts of events, as I was when I was booked by DHL to be part of their Christmas celebrations that they lay on for staff and the family of staff. I provided a magic show for the whole group (children and adults), and also provided close up magic, and balloon modelling. My memory of this event was that it was actually quite difficult to get to because it started snowing on the day. Fortunately it wasn't so bad, and I was able to get there to perform the show.
Stoke on Trent Diwali Party
One of the earlier shows I performed in the area (way back when I was just a baby magician) was a Diwali Magic Show, in nearby Stoke on Trent. It was held at a School, but I can't remember which one it was now. I do remember that the audience was much bigger than I expected. Maybe 200-300 people. Fortunately, I'm not fazed by large crowds, and I was able to perform an incredible magic show for everyone, the children and the adults, and scale up my magic so even the person on the last row was entertained. Looking back, I guess it was a good foundation for the festivals and theatre shows that I do a lot of now, where sometimes the audience can range in the hundreds. My magic shows for older children, teens, and families are packed with jaw dropping magic and interactive (often improvised) comedy. It's the perfect entertainment for birthday parties, family events, community events, schools, and festivals. I mainly cover Stafford, Lichfield, Staffordshire, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, and East Midlands, but I can travel across the UK.
