Hello! I'm Ed, a professional magician available across the UK. I create high‑energy, polished magic shows especially for older children, teens, and families. Think smart interactive comedy, impossible mind reading, and jaw dropping magic. It's a thrilling ride that is exciting to watch, and even more fun to be a part of.

WHAT THE SHOW IS ✓
- Strong, visual magic, using familiar objects, playing cards, and mind reading. Older children know 'magic isn't real', but trust me, that doesn't mean they can't be fooled / amazed!
- Interactive moments and improvised comedy. The show has a chatty stand up comedy / improv vibe which is a lot cooler, and makes the show a truly collaborative experience.
- In fact, their input and ideas help to shape the direction of the show. It's a kid-takeover (but in a controlled chaos kind of way!)
- Designed for ages 7 and up, but also suitable for mixed-age audiences and parents. It's perfect for school events, community events, festivals, and of course birthday parties.
WHAT THE SHOW IS NOT ✗
- No childish gags, babyish magic, or pretending not to see!
- No wiggling the fingers (unless it's a family show with younger children there).
- No shouting out, just because. The kids will be laughing!
- No brightly coloured trousers, or clown costume.
- No off the shelf magic! I design all my routines myself.
- No general 'do anything' party entertainer.
Everyone should see a Ready Steady Magic Show! Ed had the children enthralled! They laughed throughout the show and his magic was first class. Perfectly pitched for older children. I can’t praise the show highly enough. Ed is a true professional and it shows.
